Hi, I'm Anthony Atiko, a documentary photographer and photojournalist based in Uganda. I have a passion for capturing the human experience through my photographs, and I believe that visual storytelling has the power to inspire change and make a difference. In addition to my photography work, I am also a social worker with a deep commitment to helping others. I have worked on several projects that aim to improve the lives of vulnerable communities in Uganda, using my skills to document their experiences and raise awareness of important social issues. As a photographer, I have also extensively documented healthcare works in Uganda, highlighting the challenges and triumphs of the medical community as they work to provide care to those in need. My work has been featured in a range of publications, including National Geographic, and New Journalist Magazines. Whether I'm documenting social issues, healthcare work, or the human experience in general, I approach each project with a deep sense of empathy and a desire to make a positive impact. Through my photography, I hope to shed light on important issues, raise awareness, and inspire change in Uganda and beyond.
